What is your returns policy?
Australia Scape is passionate about quality and all items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers.
We will replace or return your item, if goods are faulty, damaged in transit, not as described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you. We do not accept returns if the measurements are different to those shown on the website, this may vary slightly as the products we offer for sale are handmade or made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product description and the product you receive.
We reserve the right not to issue returns or refunds if you change your mind or want to cancel the order. Returns must be received within 14 days for Australian customers & 30 days for International customers. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject your return if this is not complied with. If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you and you will be liable for the return shipping cost.
Please note that all shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty, incorrectly dispatched by Australia Scape or damaged in transit.
In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
Damaged in transit
In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or faulty please contact us with a photo of the damage or fault via email at style@australiascape.com.au within 24 hours of receiving goods, and state your reason for the return. We will endeavour to replace the products as soon as possible.
Wrong item delivered
Very occasionally we may accidentally ship the wrong item to you. If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pick up and return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.
Your consumer rights
The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will look after you.
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturerβs instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
